My technical background is a core part of how I operate as a product manager. I’ve spent years building and working with cloud based systems, backend platforms, APIs, and data driven workflows, which has given me a deep understanding of how products are actually designed, built, and scaled. This experience allows me to partner closely with engineering teams, ask informed questions, and surface risks early without micromanaging or slowing delivery. I’m comfortable evaluating technical trade offs, understanding constraints, and anticipating downstream impact, which leads to better product decisions and stronger alignment between product and engineering. Rather than separating strategy from execution, I use my technical foundation to bridge the two, helping teams move faster with clarity and confidence. This perspective is especially valuable in complex environments, including AI enabled software products, where feasibility, data readiness, reliability, and long term maintainability must be considered alongside user and business value.
